Georgetown Youth Lacrosse Club

School Zones

Helping Georgetown-area athletes from first grade through high school find their team, grow their game, and compete within approved school and community boundaries

Georgetown Youth Lacrosse proudly serves athletes throughout the Georgetown community, with a primary focus on students attending schools within the Georgetown Independent School District attendance boundaries. We also welcome students attending private schools, charter schools, and approved neighboring communities that do not currently offer a lacrosse program of their own.

Lacrosse is growing quickly across Central Texas, but many surrounding areas still do not have established youth programs. Our goal is to help introduce the game to as many athletes as possible while remaining compliant with league and high school eligibility requirements.

Primary Service Area:
Georgetown ISD

Georgetown Youth Lacrosse primarily serves student-athletes living within the Georgetown community and attending schools zoned to Georgetown ISD.

Georgetown ISD serves more than 13,000 students across Georgetown and surrounding areas.

Neighboring Communities

At the youth level, Georgetown Youth Lacrosse may accept athletes from neighboring communities for youth lacrosse in grades 1-8 that do not currently offer an established lacrosse program.

These players typically participate through an approved waiver process, and our organization can help families navigate those requirements.

Depending on league approval and roster availability, youth players from areas may be eligible:

  • Jarrell
  • Florence
  • Salado
  • Granger
  • Bartlett
  • Thrall
  • Burnet
  • Other nearby rural or underserved communities

Eligibility for neighboring communities is reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may vary by season, age group, and league requirements.
