FLEX 6 PROGRAM
Our new Flex 6 Lacrosse Program is the perfect introduction to the game for boys and girls in Kindergarten–2nd, 3rd–5th, and 6th–8th grades. Designed especially for beginners, this program focuses on building confidence, learning the fundamentals, and having fun in a supportive environment.
Each session follows a simple format: Learn the Skills, Understand the Rules, and Play the Game. Players will develop basic lacrosse skills while enjoying small-sided games that keep everyone involved and active.
All sessions are led by USA Lacrosse Certified coaches, and all equipment is provided, making it easy for new players to jump right in.

Join Us for an Exciting Summer Camp!
LAX & Splash Summer Camp
June 22 - June 23, 2026
- 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.
- Boys & Girls
- Incoming Grades: K-6
- Experienced & new players welcome
- Equipment will be supplied as needed
- Registration fee: $75
Activities include:
- Build fundamentals through stick skills: passing, catching and shooting
- Rotate through high-energy stations and drills, including position specific work
- Play small-sided games to improve speed, decision-making, and game awareness
- Compete in fun, team challenges
- Cool down with water games and recovery activities
- End each day with a scrimmage to put skills into action
- Light lunch provided daily
Registration Requirements
Open until June 1, 2024
To register, ensure your child has a lacrosse stick, appropriate athletic wear, and a water bottle. All skill levels are welcome, and we encourage parents to sign up early to secure a spot.
